• Communicate: service or safety notifications, support responses, and other communications where permitted.

We keep data as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal/record requirements, and resolve disputes. Unused tags (no note) expire after 24 hours. Deleted accounts/notes are deleted or anonymised subject to legal retention.

Critic is intended for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if discovered, we delete it and may close the account.
