Kriticapp – Child Protection

Kriticapp is intended only for adults. Protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation are mandatory safety requirements for use of the service.

1. Age Requirement

Kriticapp is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow children or minors to use the app.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation material is strictly prohibited.
• Sexualized content involving minors, grooming, solicitation, or attempts to exploit minors are prohibited.
• Misrepresenting age to evade Kriticapp's safety rules is prohibited.

3. How We Respond

• We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
• If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 18, we may close the account and delete associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Where required by law, we may preserve records and report relevant material or conduct to appropriate authorities.

4. Reporting a Child Safety Concern

To report a child safety issue, suspected underage account, or any content involving child exploitation, contact contact@veranosoft.com. Include the relevant handle, screenshots, timestamps, and any other details that help us investigate.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

5. Safety Measures in Kriticapp

• Kriticapp uses private delivery instead of a public social feed.
• Kriticapp shows approximate proximity rather than exact GPS location to other users.
• Users can report and block accounts, and we may investigate or enforce our Terms based on those reports.
