• Who can see my note? Only the handle you tagged.
• When do notes expire? Unsent notes and time-boxed tags expire after 24 hours.
• Do you show exact location? No—only approximate distance.
• Do you upload contacts? Only if you choose to sync contacts. Kriticapp uploads phone numbers from your device contacts to our server to find friends already using Kriticapp and show invite suggestions.
• Why does Kriticapp ask for location? Kriticapp sends your location to our server while you use the app to show nearby people and relevant reviews. We do not show exact GPS location to other users.
• Age requirement? Kriticapp is 18+.
• How do I delete my account? Use the in-app flow from your profile and review the public instructions on Account Deletion.
• How do you handle child safety? Kriticapp is 18+ only and child safety issues can be reported using the guidance on Child Protection.
• How do I exercise privacy rights? Email us at contact@veranosoft.com; we verify identity before responding.
• How do I report or block? Use in-app reporting and blocking; we can remove content or ban accounts per Terms.
