Critic – Account Deletion Policy

Critic provides an in-app account deletion option. When a user confirms deletion, we permanently delete the account and associated app data, except for limited information that we are legally required to retain.

1. How to Delete Your Account

• Open the Critic app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Go to your profile and open Delete Account in the account section.
• Review the deletion warning and confirm the request.

This is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

2. What Happens After Confirmation

• Your Critic account is permanently deleted.
• Your sign-in access is blocked, so you cannot log back in with the deleted account.
• Your Critic profile and associated app data are deleted.
• Critic does not provide a user-facing retain, archive, or deactivate state instead of deletion.
• If backend processing takes additional time, the deletion request may be accepted first and completed shortly afterward.

3. Limited Retention

Information we are legally required to keep may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute handling. Outside of those limited cases, deleted account data is not kept for ordinary product use.

4. If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot access your account in the app and need deletion help, contact contact@veranosoft.com. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a manual request.
