Unless otherwise stated in a contract, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how. You own the final deliverables once full payment has been received.

4. Payments

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are defined in the applicable statement of work or contract.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for project purposes.

6. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party tools or services. Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide services using reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeranoSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the statement of work or contract. Obligations accrued prior to termination remain in effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
