Categorize Plus Reference
Standard Filter

Standard Filter combo boxes consist of a wide selection of pre-configured filter menu items that are available for use immediately after Categorize Plus is installed in Outlook.  Standard Filter combo boxes are one of four types of Filter Combo Boxes available in Categorize Plus and are added to the Categorize Plus Toolbar by selecting the associated menu item from the Standard Filters Menu located under the Categorize Plus Filter Menu.  Please refer to the Standard Filters Menu help topic to learn more about how to use Standard Filters in Categorize Plus.

Applying a Standard Filter

Immediately after selecting a Standard Filter Menu Item from the Standard Filters Menu, Categorize Plus reads the pre-configured Outlook SQL filter string that is assigned to the menu item.  Categorize Plus then appends this filter string directly to the currently applied Outlook filter and adds a Standard Filter combo box to the toolbar.
