There are four options for automatically saving the Category Combo Boxes, the Filter Combo Boxes and the Search
Combo Boxes that are displayed in the Categorize Plus Toolbar. These options
allow sharing the combo boxes between different views and item types or saving
them uniquely for each folder. Each of these options are explained
below. Note: The option explained on this page is not
available in the Free version of Categorize Plus. Please refer to Feature
Comparison for a complete list of features available in each version of
Categorize Plus. The Save Combo Boxes options are configured using the Toolbar Combo Boxes
Options page as shown in the illustration below. Please refer to the Toolbar Combo Boxes

Boxes
This option will apply the currently selected combo boxes
for all folders regardless of the view name or item type.
This option will share selected combo boxes between all
folders that share the same default item type.
This option will share selected combo boxes between
all folders that share the same view name and item type.
This option will save the combo boxes uniquely for each
Outlook folder.
