1. The first option is to select the Remove Category Combo Boxes command button that is displayed in the Categorize Plus Toolbar.  Selecting this command button will remove all Category Combo Boxes from the toolbar.  An example of this button is illustrated below.  Please note that the icon used to designate this button is different in Outlook 2003 verses Outlook 2007.  This difference is also illustrated below.

2. The second option is to select the combo box Remove option from the Category Combo Box drop down list.  Selecting this option will only remove the currently active Category Combo Box.  An example of this option is also shown in the illustration below.  This option is the same for both Outlook 2003 and 2007.
