The option to enable the Lookeen search engine is available whenever the
Lookeen add-in is installed inside Outlook. Note: The Lookeen search engine is sold separately and
is compatible with both Outlook 2003 and 2007. Information for purchasing
Lookeen can be found at www.lookeen.net. The Lookeen Search Input Box must be

For the Lookeen search engine to function with Categorize
Plus, then the Lookeen add-in's toolbar must be enabled and the Lookeen search
input box must be visible in the Outlook window. Whenever a menu item is
selected from the Categorize Plus Search Menu, then Categorize Plus will first
look for the Lookeen search input box, and if found, then Categorize Plus will
automatically write the search criteria into the input box and execute the
search. The illustration below shows the location of the Lookeen search
input box.
The Lookeen search input box must be visible in the
Outlook window for the search command to work. If the input box is not
visible, then Outlook may have automatically hidden the input box because of
insufficient space available in the toolbar. If this is the case, then
re-positioning the toolbar to a row that has more space will allow the input box
to re-appear. The toolbar can be re-positioned by left clicking on the
left edge of the toolbar and then dragging the toolbar either up or down within
the Outlook command bar. If for some reason the Lookeen toolbar does not
appear in the Outlook window, then please verify that the Lookeen add-in is
properly installed in Outlook.
