There are four types of Filter Combo Boxes used in Categorize Plus.
These include Category Filter, Email Address
Filter, Custom Filter and Standard
Filter combo boxes. The first three types are added to the
Categorize Plus Toolbar by selecting either Category Tag, Email Address or
Custom Filter Menu
Items from the Categorize Plus Filter Menu. The fourth type is added
by selecting Standard Filters from the Standard Filters Menu that is also
listed under the Filter Menu. Each of these four types of Filter Combo
Boxes are illustrated below. For more information on how to create
Categorize Plus Menu Items and add them to the Filter Menu, then
please refer to the Building Menus help topic. Identifying Filter Combo Boxes Filter Combo Boxes in the Categorize Plus Toolbar are
identified by the Remove Filter Combo Boxes
command button. Combo boxes just to the right of this command
button are Filter Combo Boxes. An example of this button is shown in the

Using Filter Combo Boxes
Whenever a Filter Combo Box is added to the toolbar, then the filter that is currently applied to the Outlook view is modified to included the filter criteria that is associated with the combo box.
