When using Outlook 2003 and 2007, new menu items can be added either as a
Category Tag, Email
Address, or Custom Filter menu
type. When using Outlook 2007, new menu items can also be added as a
Custom Search menu type. Each of these
menu types can either be inserted into the Menu Hierarchy
at the same level as the currently selected menu item, or they can
be inserted as children of the currently selected menu item. Choose
from one of the Menu Builder commands illustrated
