The Create Filtered Search Folder command creates an Outlook Search Folder
that can be used to apply Categorize Plus Filter Combo Boxes across multiple folders
within a single Outlook store. This is done by creating an Outlook Search
Folder that searches for all Outlook items contained in selected folders.
Once the search finds all of the items, then Filter Combo Boxes can be added to
the Categorize Plus
Toolbar to filter the items displayed in the Search Folder. The end
result is that Categorizes Plus Filter Combo Boxes can be used to filter
Outlook items across multiple folders. The two illustrations below provide
step-by-step instructions that explain how to use the Filtered Search Folder
dialog to create a Filtered Search Folder. For more information regarding
how to use Search Folders in Outlook, then please refer to the Outlook Search
Folders help topic. Example of Selecting the Create Filtered
