Categorize Plus Reference 
Copy and Paste Categories

The Copy and Paste categories are two command buttons available in the Categorize Plus Toolbar that are used to copy and paste categories between Outlook items.

  • The Copy categories button is used to copy categories from the first selected Outlook item to the clipboard.
  • The Paste categories button is used to paste the categories to selected Outlook items using the categories that were previously copied to the clipboard using the Copy categories button.

Tip:  Pressing the Shift key while pasting categories will modify the default behavior to either append or replace categories.  The default behavior is configured using the Append or Replace with Shift Key option that is configured under the Other Settings tab in the Categorize Plus Options dialog.
