Categorize Plus Reference 
Category Editor Menu Commands

The Category Editor has the following Menu Commands as shown in the illustration below.

  • Apply Categories to Selected Item(s) applies the checked categories in the Category Editor to the currently selected Outlook items.
  • Toolbars displays a sub-menu that allows either showing or hiding the available toolbars.
  • Reload Categories reloads the categories into the Category Editor from the currently selected Outlook items.
  • Reload After Selection Change reloads the Outlook item categories into the Category Editor every time that the Outlook selection changes.
  • Include All Menu Builder Categories loads all of the Menu Builder categories into the Category Editor list so that they can be selected and applied to Outlook items.
  • Edit Category Actions opens the Category Actions dialog to allow the user to edit Category Actions.
  • Disable All Category Actions will prevent all category actions from being applied when categorizing items.
  • Apply Actions to Selected Item(s) will immediately apply all Category Actions to the currently selected Outlook Item(s).
  • Edit Outlook Master Categories opens the Outlook categories dialog allowing the user to quickly edit the Outlook Master Categories.
  • Include Outlook Master Categories loads all of the Outlook master categories into the Category Editor list so that they can be selected and applied to Outlook items.
  • Add Categories to Filter displays a sub-menu that allows adding either the highlighted or checked categories as Category Filter Combo Boxes in the Categorize Plus Toolbar.
  • Add Categories to Search displays a sub-menu that allows adding either the highlighted or the checked categories as Category Search Combo Boxes in the Categorize Plus Toolbar.
  • Outlook View Layout presents options for saving the Category Editor Docking Position and for saving the Outlook Table View Column Widths.
  • Status Bar displays the Category Editor status bar.
  • Close saves the current Category Editor options along with the current docking location and then closes the Category Editor.
