The Category Action Settings dialog is used to specify when Category
Actions are applied to Outlook items. This dialog contains a "Default
Settings" tab and a "Selected Action(s) Settings" tab. The Default
Settings tab is used to configure the default settings that will be initially
applied to all newly created Category Actions. The "Selected Action(s)
Settings" tab is used to override the default settings for individual

whenever the Categorize Menu is used to categorize
items.
Note: This option is only enabled when using the Professional
version of Categorize Plus.

whenever Categorize Plus is used to Copy and Paste Categories.

whenever the item is closed. It is important to note that the Close
option is not activated when sending Outlook items. Instead, please use
the Send option describe below to create Category Actions that are activated
when sending items.

whenever the user presses the send button to send the item.

to the Inbox, Calendar, Task, Sent Items, or select folders.
