Categorize Plus Standard Filter Menu*

Similar to the Categorize Plus Standard Search Menu, the Standard Filter Menu is a sub-menu located under the Categorize Plus Filter Menu and is available for use immediately after Categorize Plus is installed in Microsoft® Outlook®.  This menu offers a wide selection of pre-configured filters that can be used to add Filter Combo Boxes to the Categorize Plus Toolbar.  The flash movie below demonstrates some of the available Standard Filter options and how they are used.

* This feature is only available in Microsoft® Outlook® 2007 and 2003.
Note:  Categorize Plus for Outlook 2010 no longer supports the “Filter” menu type and the “Filter” drop down menu that is supported in Categorize Plus for Outlook 2007 and 2003.  Fortunately, all previous capabilities found in the “Filter” menu can now be implemented using the existing “Search” menu with little loss in value.
