Four Versions of Categorize Plus for Outlook

The Categorize Plus add-in for Microsoft^® Outlook^® is available in a Free, Lite, Standard and Professional version.  A license for unlimited use of the Free version is granted to all users free of charge.  The features in the Free version may be permanently enable by using the Free Activation Code found at the bottom of the Purchase web page.  Licenses to enable the additional features found in the other three versions may be purchased for the prices shown below.

Note:  The Professional version is also available for a free 30-Day Trial.  This 30-day trial version includes the same features as the fully licensed Professional version except that the Menu Builder cannot save menu files that contain more than 100 menu items.

Filter and Search Combo Boxes* Add Filter and Search combo boxes to quickly filter or search for Outlook items.  Note: The ability to add Filter and Search combo boxes, as found in the Lite version, is demonstrated in the Category Editor Use and Features flash tutorial.
And, Or and Not Logical Operators Use the combo box drop down lists to easily modify Filter and Search criteria using AND, OR and NOT logical operators.

Customizable Menu Hierarchies Create customizable menu hierarchies that employ underlined keyboard accelerators to quickly Categorize, Filter and Search Outlook items.
User Defined "Category Tag" Menu Items Create user defined "Category Tag" menu items.  These menu items use Outlook Categories to Categorize, Filter and Search Outlook items.
User Defined "Email Address" Menu Items Create user defined "Email Address" menu items.  These menu items are used to filter and search Outlook items using the names and email addresses stored in the "To", "From", "CC" and "BCC" fields.

Sort User Defined Menu Items Use the Menu Builder to sort menu items across your entire menu hierarchy, or in any nested sub-menu, simply by pressing a single mouse click.
Auto-Categorize Wizard Use the Auto-Categorize Wizard to automatically categorize Outlook items using folder and sub-folder names. This Wizard also adds the newly created Category Tag menu items to the menu hierarchy.
Append or Replace Existing Categories Easily switch between appending or replacing existing categories simply by pressing the "Shift" key.
Rename or Subtract Individual Categories Rename or Subtract individual categories for all items within specified folder(s) or within the current selection.
Installs in the "Right-Click" Context Menu Install the Categorize Plus drop down menu inside the Outlook "right-click" context menu for quick access to categorize Outlook items.
* These features are only available in Microsoft® Outlook® 2007 and 2003. Note:  Categorize Plus for Outlook 2010 no longer supports the “Filter” menu type and the “Filter” drop down menu that is supported in Categorize Plus for Outlook 2007 and 2003.  Fortunately, all previous capabilities found in the “Filter” menu can now be implemented using the existing “Search” menu with little loss in value.
